Our client seeks an FX Options Sales Person

The opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining FX options sales relationships with banks and broker dealer clients (likely to be primarily but not exclusively, private banks). The individual will offer the full range of FX options products and services as appropriate, with a particular emphasis on exotic options. Vanilla options will be offered via STP solutions where possible. You will also need to offer the full range of FX services, working with other teams inside and outside FX to identify opportunities and deliver against them. The position will report to the Team Leader, Global Banks Team.

Responsibilities:

Prospect for, and win new clients using all the available resources (people, products, services)

Develop deep client knowledge of the segment and the individual clients

Provide effective back up coverage to team members Medium term

Take over internal clients and improve the service quality and value of the business

Work on new product initiatives, such as structured savings and investments.

The Person:

The individual must have:

Experience of FX options sales (or possibly trading)

Good knowledge of banks / private banks target market

Familiarity with e-commerce services and technology

Ability to speak English and another European language.

A self-starter, able to demonstrate initiative and determination

Good communication skills at all levels

Effective and comfortable working with people across organisational boundaries to get things done.
